Not only they are experts in acoustics but very very good human beings, always ready to assist and help most willingly. This is The store for me. I have interacted with Yasin and Faiz, they are the ones who have impressed me a lot.
Exceptional service. Extremely professional. I had two sub woofers repaired for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. They have an incredible hifi selection, just get ready to mortgage your house :)
I really enjoy Raw Music Store for their service and for being an unofficial sound museum, featuring both modern and vintage audio equipment to listen to and admire. I even brought my father and his friend (both retired DJs) during their stay in Dubai to enjoy some of their relic JBL speakers on display and available for a demo. One of the staff, Faiz, is kind, knowledgeable and professional and always happy to guide and present. I brought my vintage boombox for repairs and I recommend their services. If they can fix it, they will, and if they can't, they own up to it. If I have more audio equipment to fix, Raw Music will be the first place I visit! Thanks for your service.
