I had a great experience at the Ray-Ban store in Dubai Mall, thanks to Elena. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. Elena took the time to explain the differences between styles and gave honest feedback on what suited me best. Her customer service was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being pushy. It’s rare to come across someone who really enjoys what they do, and it clearly showed. Highly recommend asking for her if you're visiting the store

I had the pleasure in meeting Dr. Stan long time back when I visited Ray Ban. This year I went for a yearly check and was pleasantly surprised to run into him again. He is an amazing optometrist. He walked me through every step when using progressive glasses and honestly speaking I got used to the new lenses immediately. That's double the points if you are also a Ray-Ban fan!

Located at Dubai Mall. They have good collection of polarized lens glasses, limited editions, Ferrari collection etc. If you chose to participate in their contest, you could probably win a chance for the upcoming Ferrari HP at Abu Dhabi. The optometrist Mr. Safwan was so good at his marketing skills, that he made us buy two sunglasses and other accessories. He explained well about various models, lens specs, specialities etc.
