Good evening Youssef I would like to thank your staff for their support and assistance today. I purchased a second hand L39 turbine and Eric and Edward were very helpful and explained to ne in detail what i needed to get flying. I was also shown some of the products on the shelf that would enhance the survivability of the Jet. I add a new high pressure filter and changed out all the fuel lines for the correct hose. Just wanted to comment on the great support I have had from RC Gadgetz. I've bought three Freewing EDF's from them already, the first being the Blue Angels F18. Unfortunately I ran into some technical issues with the F18, but the shop helped me out in no time and went out of their way to fix the problem even when it meant replacing the entire model!! By far the most professional shop on the site at Al Lisaili. I'll be back for more.

Best Hobby Shop in UAE. They offer a wide range of exclusive products that are not to be found anywhere else in UAE. Met the owners and the sales staff and seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommended for all radio controlled items. My son is blown away by them and the shop.

the showroom was very well designed and all the needed products were found there was no need to look for any parts or even models outside the showroom. Professional employees, spreading good vibes, also helped customers when they got to experience flying virtually which was quite interesting.

Give them a miss. I ordered stuff and took it four months to arrive after chasing weekly then finally got a phone call saying it was in. I made a special trip to pick the goods up only to be told they were sold to someone else. When the stores started showing up I thought cool I’ll support my local dealers. Not any more because they simply don’t support me. If I could give zero star I would. In Response to the response, some clarifications. I didn't leave angry - I left frustrated, huge difference. After four months waiting and continuously calling in and following up on phone, and calling both prior to the collection to confirm and on the day to let your staff know that I was coming a day earlier than agreed, the stuff I actually ordered was not there - I didn't order a Rex 12 Assist? I ordered: 6 Tubes Hysol 9462, 2 x Rex14, 4 x RSAT2, 2 x R900, 4 x Enlink and 2 x Rex10 Assist. After my text message confirming the order (which was prior to the 'cool' message), i also called Eric to confirm that everything was in place and i offered my card details to him but he declined saying it wasn't necessary the order was confirmed and i would be there on Thursday to collect and he said no issue sir it is all put aside for you. Friends don't say they have put stuff aside for you then sell it to the first person who walks in and asks for it. All my friends stand by their word as do I. You didn't lose the sale of a Rex12 Assist - you lost the sale of: a BVM L39 PNP, and engine for same, a PBox Mercury GPS / SRS, some Intairco stuff, a future Skymaster A10, and a couple of engines for that with another PBox Mercury RX etc, possibly another BVM F16 next year along with engine and RX etc. etc. You lost this against a walk in sale of AED200 worth of stuff that your staff told me you had set aside for me. This sale was confirmed by phone. If you had of called me and asked me if it was ok to sell it the other person i would have given my card details on the spot for the entire or...
