Our experience with ABA Therapy at Reach Out After thoroughly researching various options and carefully evaluating recommendations, we chose Reach Out for ABA therapy for our five-year-old. Their initial assessment suggested that two ABA sessions per week, totaling four hours, along with one hour of occupational therapy, would be beneficial. These five hours of therapy were to be spread over three separate days each week, in addition to a full school day. Given our child’s existing commitments, such as after-school activities and home tutoring, we realized that our current schedule could not accommodate two days of ABA therapy. We communicated this challenge to Reach Out and proposed an alternative: one day of ABA therapy and one day of occupational therapy per week. This compromise was intended to ensure that our child could still benefit from therapy while balancing other important aspects of his routine. Shortly after this discussion, Reach Out informed us that they would no longer be able to provide therapy under these revised conditions. While we understand that therapy often requires consistency, we were disappointed that no alternative plan or middle ground was offered, especially since even reduced therapy could have been valuable for our child’s progress. This situation has been challenging, particularly as we now need to search for a new therapy provider. Starting over means introducing our son to new therapists and building trust in a different environment, which can be an overwhelming process for a young child. We appreciate the time and effort that Reach Out invested in our son during the sessions he attended and we paid for. Despite this setback, our priority remains finding a supportive and flexible therapy provider who can work collaboratively with us to ensure our child’s well-being and development.

I am very delighted that my son is currently under their care and supervision. Suzanne and her team are amazing and really helpful. My son improved a lot and considered Reach Out his first proper school. He really likes it now when we go there compared from when we started 4 months back. They routinely update me on how my son progresses and compares it to our set- plans and goals. They are open to questions and flexible to the needs of each child. Highly recommended!!!

After many disappointing experiences and unfullfilled promises with other centers, I was lucky enough to find Reach out almost 3 years ago and All what I can say is Suzanne and all her team changed my daughters life and mine in so many amazing ways. I truly can’t thank her and and her team enough for all what they did and still do for my daughter. Her improvement is just incredible in every possible way. This is by far the most professional, caring and friendly place to go to if you are seecking any kind of therapy for your child. I highly recommend Suzanne and her team :)

We have been delighted with the progress of our child under the guidance of this centre. Our child has an individual plan which is monitored and updated frequently.
