If you don’t want to lose your time, money, and nerves, DO NOT deal with this agency. They are not just incompetent real estate agents who do their job poorly. Their “responsibilities” end the moment they receive their commission. But more importantly, they are real scammers who fraudulently take money from their clients. They do not return the security deposit after the lease ends, inventing fake damages in the apartment and making up all sorts of excuses to keep your money**. They use different fraudulent schemes to make sure you never see your deposit again, and then they simply ignore any attempts to get a fair resolution. My experience with them: At the beginning, Sohiab Hassan was very polite and professional, but this was just part of the scam. The moment he received his commission, he completely stopped fulfilling his responsibilities regarding the apartment. I see that some people here have left positive reviews, but they are from those who have just signed a deal with them. Their fraudulent schemes start only after you have paid them. No one here is talking about what happens after a full year of renting, when the contract is about to end and they start scamming you out of your deposit. When my lease ended and I moved out, Sohiab Hassan illegally kept my deposit (several thousand dollars), claiming fake damages that never existed. And of course, he was extremely rude and arrogant, knowing he could get away with it. When I tried to resolve the issue with management, I contacted the owner of the agency, Hind Jouini, but she simply covers up for her employees’ fraudulent schemes. Instead of offering help or a fair solution, she gave empty promises, ignored my complaints, and showed complete indifference. The result: They stole my money, fraudulently kept it, behaved rudely and unprofessionally, and this is their standard practice.
