I tried many different Pilates studios in Dubai but Real Pilates stands out for sure . Location , teachers and studio is super pleasant and makes you feel recharged every time you visit them. My favorite teacher is Jessie, she is so knowledgeable and inspiring.

Incredible Pilates studio - my favourite in Dubai. All of the instructors are professionally trained, meticulous about correct positioning, breathing and body mechanics. Movements are done with focus and safety. Classes are kept in numbers that allow for teachers to do corrections and give feedback for everyone to perform optimally. Everything is always clean and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Book in with Thomas and Jessica to really feel like you’ve had a serious workout. Love this place. Exactly how Pilates should be done.

I had an incredible experience at this Pilates studio, and Thomas’ class was by far the best I’ve taken in Dubai! The session was both challenging and rewarding, pushing me in all the right ways. What really stood out was Thomas’ attention to detail - he was constantly correcting form, ensuring everyone was moving safely and effectively. His instruction was clear, precise, and incredibly helpful. I left feeling stronger and more aligned than ever. I will definitely be coming back just based on this class alone. Highly recommend!

Hands down, the best Pilates studio in the last decade I've experienced in Dubai, truly deserving the title of the OG of Pilates here. Their dedication to teaching authentic Pilates, which remains true to its core principles, is a rare find nowadays.
