I absolutely love this Pilates reformer studio! From the moment I walked in, I’ve been greeted by the kindest, most welcoming people. The instructors I’ve had are amazing — knowledgeable, motivating, and sometimes even funny, which makes the workout so much more enjoyable! The class schedule is super convenient, with plenty of options throughout the day, making it easy to fit into any routine. The studio is also spotless — it’s clear they take cleanliness and hygiene seriously, which really adds to the experience. Highly recommended!

Real Pilates offers wide options of classes for different levels. The instructors are amazing and holding various qualifications. The look of the studio is modern, quiet and can allow you to unwind and get that mind and body connection. They are also offering trial package, 5 sessions for 365 aed which I highly recommend. You will fall in love.

I love Real Pilates. It's one of the first studios I tried when I arrived in Dubai and I've been there for over 10 years now. It's like a second home. As soon as I walk through the door I feel good; the studios vibes, kindness, smiles, caring and positive attitude, from the sweet receptionists to the great instructors, the lovely ladies who keeps everything safe and tidy and the administrative team. Everyone is contributing to such an amazing experience !!! Their equipment is of great quality and the Merrithew reformers are the best for me!!! As for the instructors, they are very knowledgeable and caring. They make sure through their corrections, constant cues and attention to details that your movements are safe and effective, while challenging and fun!!! I finish every classes feeling recharged, stronger and in tune with my body.....!!! I truly and highly recommend Real Pilates wherever you are in your Pilates Journey.

Got a recommendation for this studio and i can just recommend it further. A small studio with a very calming atmosphere , friendly staff and professional instructors. Great variety of classes and possibility to book last minute, book few classes and decide prior which one to take.. This concept works just perfect for me. I love reformer classes. Great studio really!

Rachael Knox is truly an exceptional Pilates instructor! Her sessions are the perfect blend of challenge, encouragement, and deep expertise. She has a keen eye for detail and always takes the time to ensure your form is correct, helping you get the most out of every movement while preventing injury. What I appreciate most is her positive energy—she creates a welcoming, motivating environment where you actually look forward to working out. Since starting with Rachael, I’ve noticed real improvements in my core strength, posture, and flexibility.
