Real Pilates Meydan

I have been going to Meydan for over two years now and love the cosy ambience of the studio. The instructors are amazing and offer a great selection of classes from mat Pilates, to Reformer, Barre and my favourite Chair! Highly recommend to try them out!

I attended my very FIRST Pilates Chair session with the lovely Joumana today - I loved every second of it! The class offers you the opportunity to really challenge yourself, work on individual muscles, identify your weaknesses and build all round strength! Joumana, your attention to detail and form benefit all those who are lucky to be trained by you! Love love ❤️ and look forward to many more sessions with you! It’s a great day for 1st’s !!!

I joined the Real Pilates Meydan 3 months ago. From the moment I walked into the studio, I felt welcomed and cared. The studio itself is spotless, clean, well organized, and a perfect environment to grow stronger and enjoy the journey! The instructors are very well trained. They prepare their classes on a daily basis. Most of my classes are with Joumana and Lilian, and they are both amazing. Joumana is truly exceptional. Every day, I'm wondering how many eyes she has 😂😂 sure more than 16 eyes. She catches every detail, offering corrections and encouragement to help each of us improve safely and effectively. Her attentiveness makes a huge difference, and her energy is both inspiring and uplifting in all our classes, Barre, Pilates, Chair Pilates, and Reformer classes. I'm really lucky to be part of Real Pilates Meydan and learn from such passionate and skilled instructors 💪♥️

Love Real Pilates ❤️ Love the reformer , barre and the new pilates chair class but most of all I love my instructor ‘Joumana’. She cares about each and everyone in her class and knows her clients. I love how she conducts the class and caters for everyone. I always leave her class happy and wanting more 😉

My mom had started her journey in Pilates back home and encouraged me to give it a try. Came to Real Pilates Meydan August last year and it has been my happy place since🤗🤗 The studio itself is clean, well maintained and equipped with top notch equipment. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm, from the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a warm and friendly smile, which instantly makes you feel at home. I have had the privilege of experiencing all the instructors as I don’t have a set schedule and they are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They all possess a unique style of teaching and each style brings a different experience but what they all have in common is the love and passion that they have for what they do, that really shines throughout each session. I have noticed significant improvements in my overall performance and well being since I started attending classes here. There is always a variety of classes offered throughout the day (even on weekends) from beginner to more advanced classes. Booking of classes is easy and straightforward and the studio always communicates promptly when you have questions or if they have any updates. It’s also a nice touch that they always have exciting promotions, games, prizes etc. There is ample free parking as well. I have found my happy place here💚 Real Pilates Meydan is the perfect spot for anyone looking to improve their fitness and well being. It is a GEM💚
