Very bad experience. I rented an apartment for a year and contacted the agent (Hassan) 6 days before my contract ended to follow up on my renewal as I hadn’t heard a word from the company. He said his colleague would get in touch with me with renewal documents but later informed me that the owner wanted to increase the rent by 12% with just 6 days' notice! Long story short, the owner said I should move out of the apartment or they would disconnect the water and electricity and give me 90 days notice to move. Notice how none of this was legal? Once you pay their commission and hand over the cheques, the company stops responding to calls, emails, or messages. I moved out over a month ago, and my deposit still hasn’t been refunded. First, they said the owner (Waqas Ahmed) was out of the country, but that’s no excuse since bank transfers can be done online. I regret not reading other reviews beforehand. I would never have dealt with this company if I had. The agent, Hassan, also stopped responding to my messages as usual. Very disappointed.

Really bad experience. I have rented a apartment from them for period of 6 months. While renting the apartment there behavior was so good. But after 6 months they were so rude , ignoring my calls. Because they dont want to give the deposit amount back. They have not returned the deposit amount by giving some nonsense reasons. Agent name were Shayan e Muhammad and WAQAS AHMED.

Sammer was my agent to find my apartment, he is so good and so honest and he will tell u all benefits and at the same time if it’s not for ur needs he will tell u as well, even he not rent the apartment and that’s it no he making so good support after renting or buying and will help u for everything u need

They have taken my security deposit and never returned after a year. I have paid plenty of expenses to fix their apartment which they refused to refund although It is mentioned in the contract that all expenses above 500 AED have to be covered by them. They reply when they need to sell and stop assisting when you need any help. I rented an apartment with them one year ago and would never ever recommend them. They have been dragging for a month stating that the owner is traveling and neglecting my emails and whatsapp messages. Extremely bad service. Avoid at all costs.
