One of the worst exchange ever I have visited yesterday (06/10/2024 at 9:30 pm )and sent 4000 aed to India but till now 07/10/2024 at 9 pm it’s not credited ,on the other side my family need to pay amount for hospital and this nonsense exchange not even bothered about to send . I will take full responsibility to inform my colleagues and friends and every individual not to send money from your exchange .because of your irresponsibility myself and my family suffering back home If you can’t run the exchange please shut it down useless useless exchange ever .

The staff was rod to me when I make 2 traction He make a mistake with my transaction. I send money on 24 sep Today until yet can't received I call 2 three times already about this but they didn't respond me yet. They said we will update you but can't. 5 star rating is only for good rates
