Mr. Rodolfo was incredibly kind and helpful. There was an issue with the machine while getting our tickets, but he sorted it out with so much patience and a smile. Really made the whole experience smooth and pleasant!
Reel cinema spring souk is located in around souk first floor. There are many small theatres and hence the screens are also small. But it is good to see the movie with less rows and less people. Nice quote place and there is good service for the snacks and drinks. Parking is free for the spring souk customers and there is plenty parking available.
3x we visited Reel - Souk Springs, and none of these visits were worth giving 5 stars. I don't trust any of their staff in the food area. Either no kechup, missing items. Last night, they forgot utensils for my corn. Amazing!
Staffs are very accommodating?! Specially Shane, Gladys and Precious. Definitely will watch again soon!
