I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Lucky, the bellboy, welcomed me warmly and helped with my luggage, making me feel instantly at home. The reception team was professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. Throughout my stay, the room service was consistently attentive and quick to respond, delivering everything with care and a positive attitude. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, which added to my overall satisfaction. While I noticed some comments from other guests about certain aspects, I personally did not experience any issues during my visit. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and hospitality.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience: Room Size: The room provided was much smaller than expected, which made the stay less comfortable. Reception Cleanliness: The reception area was not well-maintained. I also noticed a significant presence of insects, which raised concerns about hygiene. Lack of Assistance: Upon arrival, no staff accompanied us to our room or provided any guidance. We were simply handed the key and told the floor number. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements for future guests.

This have been one of the best hotels I have visited. The experience was exceptional. Rooms were well cleaned. Room service was also good. And the staff here was very polite and helpful. Food was amazing here one should must give a try to it. And the pool area was also amazing.

Like others described, it is not 4 start Hotel...rather 1 or 2 star. The photos you see on booking.com or around are not even 20% relatable to the real place. Prices are slightly on lower side which is good but again, the title mentioning 4 star is a bit misleading There are some basic eating facilities in the walking distance, but for proper meals, you would have to take a cab or drive. The interior of the hotel has a weird darkish theme with no colors and gloomy hallways with no natural lighting. Rooms have the same style with strange wallpapers of London or such places. Lights in our room were not bright enough. Pool was out of oder. Didn't try gym or other facilities. The only thing positive was the co operative and friendly attitude of all staff including housekeeping. Honestly i would stay there only if I don't have any other suitable options available. If I have to stay few nights , I would rather spend slightly higher and choose another place . And by the way...there is a big construction going on in the neighbourhood so you would wake up at 7 to a loud banging and drilling noise and enjoy this music whole day
