Stay Away from this center. Was here for 1 year tenancy and it was such a rip off. Location is the best thing this place offers but this center charges you for every little thing. Want to use a printer - cost money. If you have your own printer you need to pay extra for your own wifi to have wireless printing. Every little thing is a huge extra. Staff absolutely is terrible. No help and none of the front desk people know a thing. You have to chase them for every bit of information. They failed to explain what an Ejari was to me initially only after two months of signing my lease did I then have to request issuance of one. And worst of all I’m still chasing them for my security deposit to be returned. They said 30 days initially, then when I requested after the 30 days they said it sometimes takes up to 60 days. Well now it’s been about 80 days since I requested my return and still nothing. Their excuse; “we are backlogged and our global finance team is working on it as international payments take time”. They have asked for a weeks extension for the last month…. And they still fail to give me an accurate timeline of when to expect my 33,000 AED deposit back, Whatever you do just get your own place it will save you the headache and the money.

We rented a private room for a week. Lousy internet connection messed up plenty meetings. Totally unacceptable for a co-working space.
