Regus DWTC District

It's one of my favorite places. The comfort, attention, and convenience that this place offers is unique. I definitely love it here🥰

Regus has been highly disappointing with their financial practices. They issue unnecessary invoices and confusing credit notes, making it difficult to track payments. Their finance team is unresponsive, and managers shift blame onto them instead of addressing issues. Worse yet, they resort to threatening emails regarding payments and fail to refund deposits promptly, if at all. Their customer service and transparency are severely lacking, making the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid if you value clarity and accountability

Absolutely poor customer service. Once you sign the contract you will be ghosted regardless any issue you may have with the payment or when you are overcharged on the invoice. Examples: I've never got my access card to the office and every time I come to the office reception is saying they will solve this but it's been a year so far without it. And whenever I come to talk about any financial issues (such as incorrect invoice)... nobody is available at that moment. And be aware - if you have any dispute regarding wrong invoice, good luck getting it resolved quickly. You will be chasing their team for weeks and end up with overdue fees which they send to you for not paying the wrong invoice.

*Unprofessional and Misleading Experience* *I received a call from customer care after an inquiry, and things quickly went downhill. I was transferred to another person, Ali, who insisted on an office in Oud Metha instead of my preference for DWTC. The communication was contradictory and unprofessional. Mr.Ali Hamdan quoted 200,000 AED for a 200 sqft space in the business center, doubling the initial quote of 100,000 AED. To make matters worse, he disconnected the call when I expressed my choice of space. This experience with Ali raises suspicions of a potential scam.*

Support staff is not very efficient. Need to hire people who can speak languages other than Arabic as well. Half the time I am not even able to make them understand what problem I am facing. There is no lost & found department that can help people. Parking Machines don't work properly as well and don't accept card payment.
