From start to finish, my experience with them left much to be desired. Firstly, their communication was abysmal. It seemed like pulling teeth to get a response or any sort of update on the project. Messages and emails would go unanswered for days, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. It felt as though my time and concerns were not valued or respected. Furthermore, the quality of their work was subpar. The solutions and strategies they proposed were generic and lacked creativity. It felt like they simply offered cookie-cutter solutions without taking into account the unique challenges and needs of my business. It was evident that they did not thoroughly understand the industry or the intricacies of my business, resulting in impractical recommendations. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also demonstrated a lack of accountability. When the project did not meet the desired outcomes, they were quick to shift the blame onto external factors rather than taking responsibility for their own shortcomings.
