Remraam Community Centre

Living community at the end of Hessa street bordering Emirates road. No villas here, only low rise apartment buildings. Development itself is about 40 percent finished. New phase 2 flats are ready but currently uninhabited (Feb 21). Last phase the ground work and foundations are complete but no further work is being done. Prices for rent are on the low end. The buildings itself stand out very nicely from afar. From a community perspective it is a great place, swimming pools, sports grounds (tennis, basketball, volleyball and more) and great well maintained playgrounds for the kids. On top of it there are two supermarkets (Geant and Carrefour Market), takeaway fast food restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser and more! And it has a school on the community grounds.

We were living in Remraam for over 5 years. Initially it was a very quiet area with lots of empty apartments because there was no direct connection from Motor City to Remraam. However it filled up immediately one the Hessa Street got built and all of a sudden the roads to and from Remraam were not enough anymore. It is annoying that the community management blocks the existing exit to E611 with an excuse that RTA does not allow it, however trucks and busus use that exit. The community has nice swimming pools which unfortunately were closed most of the time during the past 3 years due to people who have not the necessary knowledge for using such facilities with their little kids. There are also tennis courts and basketball pitches and some shopping facilities. Overall experience was good in Remraam.

Great Area for families, However needs some work as below: 1- Inner Circut buildings/flats finishings are better than Outer Circuit 2- Landscape and playing areas need some care it seems they are without any maintenance these days. 3-The Area feels a bit hotter than different areas in Dubai. 4- Outer Circut building external required some attention. (bad conditions ). 5- Required additional parking slots for visitors. 6-Ground floor balcony needs some limitation a lot of people make their own Zoo/garden and it seems disaster in some buildings.

It is really nice and clean place for living,

Not good for peacefull life even though area is amazing to live, due to lack of behavior and mentality of parents who dont care about their kids making chaos in the area disturbing everyone in the area, the halls turned into playgrounds with enormous noise, vandalizing the doors and the property, acting very rude towards the staff all over the area, who make their day but just trying to make their living through hardships they have in their lives, we look at kids how they behave and judge their parents who raise them that way, very rude, disrespectful, the manners of young teens going against the moral ethics of the culture of UAE, even Police was called several times but unfortunately they did not care even after Police gave them notice, all securities are just fed up from them, sadly a very nice area that is going down by wrong careless residents, for last 15 years of living in this beautiful country I have never faced this in other areas and cities, something has to be done here, as a solution management should give notice of eviction if things continue that way
