I've been training at Re start fitness for few months now, and it’s honestly one of the best fitness experiences I’ve had. The gym is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything from free weights to cardio machines and functional training gear. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. I’ve seen real progress in my strength and stamina thanks to their guidance. They offer personalized workout plans and correct your form when needed, which makes a huge difference. Highly recommend this place if you’re serious about training or just getting started on your fitness journey.

Being a newbie to Dubai…I have enrolled myself in popular gym in DSO and gained nothing. With no big expectations I joined Restart fitness 4months ago and I must admit it was the best decision. All trainers here provide personalized approach to clients by checking BMR, Setting realistic goals & designing workout plan. Special credits to Varun who is extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely care about clients progress & wellbeing. The ambience is good and equipment are also very well maintained

The equipment is top-notch and always clean, and the variety of machines makes every workout interesting. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I also love the group classes they’re energetic and well-organized. This gym has really helped me stay motivated and reach my fitness goals. Highly recommended!

I've been thoroughly enjoying experience as beginner at Restart Fitness Gym. Its been few days I joined gym with the recommendation of Ms. Misbah. As fresher its incredible with Trainer Ansil as he is supportive and motivating me with workout. He keeps exercise challenging and keep positivity to achieve my goal. Even other Trainers are approachable and helpful and motivating me to lose weight at same time. The programs cover strength training along with cardio sessions. I joined Restart Gym three weeks ago, and it has been an amazing experience so far! The facility is clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a great workout. What really stands out is the boxing personal training sessions with Coach Ajith. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and pays close attention to form and technique, ensuring every session is effective and injury-free. His training style is motivating yet challenging, and he tailors workouts to individual fitness levels, which has helped me see progress in just a few weeks. Highly recommend!
