Revive Renovation

recently completed a kitchen renovation with Revive Renovation, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! I truly appreciate the entire team behind this project, especially Mr. Marc Chahwan for his outstanding support and attention to detail. I highly recommend Revive Renovation to anyone in Dubai looking for a full home renovation – they deliver quality, professionalism, and great results!

Our experience with Revive Renovation (Dubai) was extremely disappointing, and I’m writing this to help others avoid going through the same situation. We hired Revive to renovate our 2-bedroom apartment and handed over the keys on July 1st, 2024. From the beginning, the project was full of delays, mistakes, and damages. Since we were traveling for the summer, we expected to come back to a finished apartment. Instead, we returned to poor-quality work, unexpected extra charges, and problems caused by unqualified workers. The team often worked without supervision, made the same mistakes over and over again, and left us with issues that we’re still fixing today. We’ve lived in this apartment since 2018 and never had plumbing or maintenance problems, until after Revive renovation. Now we’re dealing with serious leaks from the bathrooms and the kitchen, affecting even the apartment below us. The problems didn’t stop there. Cracks in the walls, improperly installed cabinets, and careless drilling have caused further damage. The media center installation was especially problematic: First, they failed to install the required wiring. Then, they covered the electrical sockets, rendering them completely inaccessible. Finally, they pushed the backsplash forward, causing significant wall damage which remains hidden behind the panel. Our Du connection has never worked properly since. The TV signal frequently cuts out, and we've had to contact Du multiple times. Each time, Du technicians confirm that the entire media center must be dismantled and rebuilt due to the poor wiring job. Furthermore, Revive even drilled a large hole in the ceiling for the fire extinguisher and never bothered to fix or conceal it. These are only some of the many careless and unprofessional errors. There are more, too numerous to list in a single review. If you value quality workmanship, professional standards, and basic accountability, Revive Renovation are not the ones for the job.
