Quick and Fast account process for business start ups looking to cut down on Warehouse, inventory and labour cost. Nice customer service, competitive rates. Little rigid on their prices as having business for 1 year i was refused for any discounts for my shipment from Australia. Overall nice experience.

When we talk about warehouse space, pick-up and delivery of cargo they perform well, of course with a few delays but still not bad. My only issue was when it comes to reimburse money cause up to date I still trying to get my deposit back after almost 2 months without any luck. In spite of the multiples emails and calls, Royal Gulf Manager keeps giving promises that money will be credited to my account but so far all ends there. My suggestion is to pay this company in cash for any services in order to avoid any issue. Based on my experience, I will not engage this company for future requirements, we only worked with them as was an urgent last minute choice.

Amazing experience for clearance and delivery of my personal effects house hold items from Uk to Dubai. They managed my shipping very well and every time my belongings were in tracking. I had prompt response from them whenever I called. The customs documentation and clearance was arranged very professionally and I was given a very nice gift box from them as their good gesture.
