The apartment was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable — just like in the photos. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A huge thank you to Waseem Abbas, an amazing and very kind host. His hospitality and warm welcome made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

My experience with Rich stay: Adv: 1. Great manager, very polite and kind 2. Great location (palm jumeirah). They have great swimming pool with amazing view and bar 3. Nakheel mall is near (and monorail also) and more more more.... Negative: 1. My vacation was so short :) But it's not Rich Stay issue :) Mostly recommended.

One of the best experiences my family and I had. My mother and grandmother stayed at their property and had a great comfy stay. Language being a barrier for my family I was a little worried but our host made it easy with no stress. From start to finish communication was A+++++ Comfort A+++++
