RIF Trust - Citizenship & Residency by Investment Specialists

One of the worst experience of my life. Never came across a company like this in the UAE. I applied for my and my wife's St. Kitts citizenship program in NOV 2022 through RIF Trust. It's been more that 1 and a half year now and we have not received the passport. In this whole time there was no update from any of their employees to me. I was the one taking follow up every now and then from Adnan (sale person). In Feb 2024 they sent me the letter that your application has been approved so please pay the balance amount and your passport should come in 4 weeks. It's been 6 months now from the time I have paid the balance amount still not received the passport, they were just giving excuses finally I lost trust in them in May 2024 and told them I don't need the passport so refund my money. Again new stories started and then I came to know that Adnan has left the organization with whom I was in contact since beginning. Then I got in contact with Kesah who was the one doing all the documentation work for the application. 2 weeks back she said our finance will refund some amount and rest we have paid to the St. Kitts Govt which will take time to come so I even agreed on that. From last 2 weeks she is also gone no update her phone is forwarded. So today I called the landline and got the news that she has also left the organization. The lady said Carol their operation manager will call and take this forward ( by the way she was also there in all the email threads but never bothered to respond or contact). Their employees are leaving one by one without even informing the client whose application they are handling. They are not even replying to the emails. I don't know what is going to happen now, my money is stuck. I am going to go to the court and put forward all the things to them and then let the court decide what is to be done because I am fed up now running behind them. What a waste of time and money.
