Right Bite

I had the 20 days plan. The food is good and varaiety is good but repeated after 10 days .. The main problem is the hygiene .. First time i had a small stone in the desert .. Second time i had a hair in the sandwich .. I did complain and requested a call from the managment but no one contacted me ..

In the past 3 weeks I had 1 late delivery, 2 times no delivery, 1 time food was taken away by the driver when doing additional delivery. On the first occasion the support team suggested to deliver to another location, but then went silent. On the second occasion, driver brought delivery late in the morning and then came in the afternoon with another delivery and took away my morning delivery. Twice food was not delivered, though they sent message that delivery has been completed. When I contacted support center they sent me very old photo of delivery with the different meal plan on it and address, stating that it’s my current delivery. I’m trying to get this sorted, but no one is responding, and trying to get my money back for the rest of the month, as can’t trust them.

Stopped ordering from this kitchen because they seem to treat “cutlery requested” as a suggestion, not an instruction. I’ve called the call centre multiple times and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt — but every few orders, like clockwork, the cutlery just disappears. The whole point of ordering in is CONVENIENCE — not digging through drawers or washing dishes after paying for delivery.

They ignore the customer feedback. I addressed it few times - no action. The food from the mean plan is either extremely salty or spicy. And it’s NEVER FRESH! Looks like it was packed from 2 days before delivery. That was my main concern but lately it’s just simply disgusting. The delivered my good boxes with some feathers (?!) and hair in my salad. I am throwing away my food, won’t even address it again to the customer center - they couldn’t care less… Just a waste of time. Counting days to end my subscription.
