I recently had a wonderful experience at Rituals. The store itself was well-organized and had a great selection of items. What truly made the visit special, however, was the fantastic customer service I received. A young woman named Ines was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She was knowledgeable about the products, patient with my questions, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help made my shopping trip a truly enjoyable one. I'll definitely be returning, and I hope to be helped by Ines again!

A wonderful store with a cozy atmosphere! Special thanks to consultant Kaidu, who is very attentive, professional and friendly. He made my visit pleasant and helped me with the choice. He also not only helped with the selection of products, but also spoke to me in my native languages, as well as those that I study. This has made the service even more personalized and enjoyable. I usually splurge on essentials and stock up at Rituals, but my experience at this branch completely changed my mind. There were two staff members—a woman behind the register, absorbed in her laptop, and a young man on the sales floor. Neither acknowledged us, not even with a simple hello. We browsed for a full ten minutes without any assistance or interaction. Just as I decided to leave, a white woman walked in and was immediately approached by the sales associate. Impressive profiling skills! I would have spent my usual thousand-plus on Rituals products, but no thanks.

I have always been a fan of Rituals, but my recent visit to Marina mall was exceptional, thanks largely to a wonderful staff member named Ines. The store was beautifully presented, as usual, but Ines's assistance really elevated the experience. She didn't just point me to products; she listened to what I was looking for, made thoughtful recommendations, and even explained the different fragrance notes in a way that was both helpful and engaging. I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect items, and her warm and welcoming personality made browsing a pleasure. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and very happy with my purchases.
