Riva Fashion - Dubai Mall

I bought a dress and only wore it once, but after washing it, the color faded and it now looks really bad. I love the Riva brand, and this is the first time I buy something from them that gets ruined after just one wear.

The sales lady was very helpful and professional. There were different options, the price range is ok and the quality is mostly good for most of the products, some products needs more attention to details of sewing and finishing

I've been a fan of Riva for years now and most of my favorite outfits are from it.. this visit to the dubai mall branch wasn't my favourite tho as the fitting rooms were incredibly dirty! Dust and hair were all over the corners that I wasn't even able to measure the cloth! If basic cleaning is not done I'm not expecting any santization standars at all to be applied at these times of covid-19! Such a huge disappointment from a remarkable brand

I ordered online and I had to return part of the order. Shipment company collected it, but Riva did not receive it. And now both Riva and Shipment company call me every day, saying they did not receive it. It was collected as per cameras, I don’t know what they want for me and why they don’t do refund. It’s really annoying and upsetting service. When you order from Riva, please note that you will have to deal with the shipment company as well, directly, and their service is really bad.

Staff at the cashier are extremely slow and chatting among each other. Took them 15 minutes to serve two customers!!! They don’t consider the queue and the sales staff grab the items from customers they want to serve first without checking their turn.
