Title: Disappointing experience after serious investment This year alone I’ve purchased around five different pairs of glasses from Rivoli, including several high-end models from DITA. Unfortunately, one of them broke on the very first day — clearly due to a design flaw and extremely weak construction. I brought the frame back for repair and was initially told it was under warranty (less than a year since purchase). However, after weeks of no follow-up and two personal visits, I was informed that they couldn’t fix it because the part from DITA wasn’t available — and basically, they refused to honor the warranty. For a brand in which I’ve invested significantly this year, this is unacceptable. Poor customer service, no resolution, and no accountability. Extremely disappointed with Rivoli and DITA. I will definitely not be purchasing from them again.
