I had a wonderful experience at this optical store! The staff was incredibly polite and helpful — they quickly repaired my glasses with great care and professionalism. The salon itself is beautifully designed, very clean and modern, which made the visit even more pleasant. They have a huge selection of stylish, high-quality frames for every taste, and I was also impressed by the variety of special offers and discounts available. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and great eyewear!

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Rivoli after purchasing a pair of Cartier sunglasses from them. The product, which included custom prescription lenses and special tinting, was not delivered as promised. Despite multiple attempts, they could never match the original lenses I bought the glasses for — something I later discovered was never even available in their inventory. After finally accepting a second version, the frame broke after only a few uses, and a lens fell out while I was standing still. I returned the glasses under warranty, but what followed was months of silence, excuses, and delays. I was told the case was “under review,” yet I had to chase them constantly. In the end, they refused to issue a full refund, only offering to refund the frame and not the lenses — even though everything was purchased as a package. They then offered an exchange but provided an empty frame, refusing to return the original Cartier lenses. As of today — over a year later — I still have no glasses and no refund. Still waiting for their “office” decition. This has been a deeply dishonest, almost scam-like experience. They do not honor their warranty and offer no real support after the sale, even on expensive luxury items. I strongly urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with Rivoli, especially if you’re making a high-value purchase.

Very bad experience. They are very unprofessional and horrendous service. They delayed the sunglasses beyond the agreed date, they knew I am traveling and when. Yet, they were not responsive and irresponsible. To add, my wife received my sunglasses and they didn’t even give her the correct sunglasses case. They gave her a cheap generic one. My sunglasses is more than AED 3K. I do not recommend anyone to buy from there.

I was a customer at Rivoli Dubai hills , the customer service there was amazigh the Arabic doctor was very helpful and she helped me a lot , this time I went to Rivoli dubai mall second floor so I did an eye test with the lady wearing hijab, so she gave me trials and told me to try it and see if it is ok . So I tried it but I wasn’t sure as it wasn’t the lenses that I was wearing before so I went back after 1 week to make sure which correction I do really need , I wasn’t waiting her and she was very very rude she was thinking that I came to ask about trials or playing I was asking her about the right correction so I can ordered it she doesn’t want to tell me which one is the right for me which make me discomfort, so she didn’t take into consideration my eye test I did with her and she didn’t even register it which I find unprofessional then she gave me a trial that I throw because we can’t ply with eyes and giving trials which not my correction. I hope she will be more professional and more responsible because we can’t play with eyes

the shop is above average. the collection is nice but they need more options. the costumer service is good and give you the good advise regarding the product . its just that 3-4 working days to prepare the glasses lenses is too long
