Awful experience sending my optical glasses for repair/service. It was supposed to be a very quick adjustment of my glasses frame arms but then I was told the nose pad got damaged during the process and now I’m waiting 5 weeks without my glasses to receive nose pad part as they claimed. Eventually 2 days go I was contacted to go and collect my frame, only to find that the main issue was not fixed. Such a waste of time & Disappointing experience !!!!

Absolutely not happy with the way they ignore their customers and not respond to them. Specially when it comes to repairing current goggles they get it even more damaged then they tell you ordering spare parts takes time but we don’t know when they will be delivered.

Service center process is a waste of time. They don’t care about their customer’s time specially when they already know it’s optical glasses and one can’t stay without it. Will never recommend it to any one!!!!

Bought my first ever Ray-Ban from here. Mangesh helped me a lot with making a decision. They got a huge verity of sun glasses and optical glasses frames. They also offer Zeiss lenses for eye where. I was impressed with service and good behavior of the shop. Highly recommended
