No proper service after the sell .buy two watches 1. Tissot worth 3400 AED and 2nd is kentkol , defective after 1 year . When I gave for repair. Repair cost is more than its worth. Now chasing to get back to collection . But no update .

Its been more than 20 days since my mail regarding reckless behaviour of Hour choice Burjuman employees. No body has cared to even call me once, forget about any refund or replacement your team at rivoli group hasn't even cared to reach out to a Dissatisfied customer. 3 links of my watch were damaged by the sales person at Hour choice burjuman. Each link costs 30 aed plus. That person is untrained & he completely messed up my shopping experience. This is very unprofessional behaviour from Rivoli Group. I am really disappointed with their customer service and the warranty they claim to provide on such a premium brand such as Mont Blanc eye wear. Their service does not match their name or the quality they promise. I bought a Mon Blanc rimless frame and after few months of average use the bridge that holds the lens got loose which clearly is a manufacture deffect , They refused to repair or replace it and it took them so long to reply to my request. THANK YOU AND NEVER AGAIN !!

We purchased more than five watches and subsequently brought one of them in for service. We were quite surprised to be charged for the entire service, as they did not concider the warranty. The worth that we specifically requested a watch polish, which was not performed at all and they asked to be charged agin. Very bad customer service and we don't recommend at all.

I ordered in advance, payment was processed, and nothing was delivered. Your customer support in your toll free number, head office number and your email address are all uncontactable. I am not a first time customer and you ruined my trust as a customer. I need my refund at the earliest. I have waited long enough for an item that was never delivered.
