This is the most garbage customer service I have ever dealt with. 1. When it's time to make contract and get paid they get everything done in a second 2. Right after that you are a dust to them they don't care about customer 3. I had to call them 22 times to follow up on my refund cancellation. 4. They don't reply on emails, they say they will call back but never do and the team members in customer service are lying to customers. 5. If you are looking at the price and leaning towards this agency, go pay the extra 80 aed and save the chances of loosing brain cells. 6. They told me I will recieve my refund in 7-10 working days. Hahhahah.... It has been 21 days and I still don't have the money. Called them to follow up and they try to twist the situation to make themselves appear as victims.

I dealt with Ravi who was highly responsive and the quote provided was in line with expectations, despite it being a renewal. From making contact with him to having the documents done was less than 6 hours. I am very happy with the service.

My health insurance got lost in the system when renewing with Daman. It was a big battle to find out what was wrong, and Rovan from Millenium managed to sort it all out. He was always friendly and helpful, and him and his manager did their utmost to get my insurance sorted out. A huge thank you to them as it was a lot of extra work for them and they went out of their way to do it.
