Absolutely excellent service received from Robin Pest Control! I had a wasp nest in my AC vent and while other companies said they couldn't do it because of the difficulty, Robin Pest Control told me they would solve my issue right away and showed up THE SAME DAY and got rid of the colony of wasp, we are wasp free now! I had a fantastic experience with Robin Pest Control From the first call, their customer service was professional and responsive. The technician arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and handled the treatment efficiently. Within a few days, the pests were completely gone, and the results have lasted. I really appreciated that they used safe, eco-friendly products too, especially since I have pets at home. Great value for money and excellent service overall—I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with pest issues!

This is the worst pest control company I’ve ever come across. They are very unprofessional and unreliable and they have literally stolen my money. I hired Robin Pest Control to conduct pest control services twice a month for 7 months. I paid a total of AED 2800 in advance and they have not fulfilled the requirements. The customer service is terrible. When a service is due, they do not show up and they do not inform anything. They do not reply to messages or phone calls and completely ignore you. The chemical that they are using is ineffective as there are still pests around. If there was an option for zero stars, I would rate them as such. This company is a fraud and must be avoided.

All false promises, my bad that I have opted for Robin pest. We have done the pest on 15th April, they gave a warranty for 3 months but within days the cockroach’s are back. They promised to redo it but when we try to reach they don’t respond. Have to call them from unknown numbers to speak to the rep. My whole Sunday is spoiled waiting for them. I am forced to approach the Dubai economic dept on Monday to file a formal complaint against them.

Absolutely terrible service! I hired this company for pest control, but the problem only got worse after their so-called “treatment.” They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. On top of that, their customer service is just as bad—unresponsive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for their poor work. Total waste of time and money. Avoid them at all costs!
