Our experience with the agent from Rocky Real Estate was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the agent was responsive only until the contract was signed. Once we moved in and started facing serious issues — such as a non-functioning air conditioner, cockroach infestation, and plumbing leaks — the agent became unreachable. He ignored calls and messages, and made no effort to help resolve the situation. Instead of acting as a representative of the tenant's interests, he completely distanced himself after closing the deal. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially in a city like Dubai where high service standards are expected. I would strongly advise others to avoid working with this agent, especially if you’re looking for reliable support after moving in.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Rate Below Zero If Possible If I could give this real estate company a rating below zero, I absolutely would. Their security standards are shockingly poor and should be a serious concern for anyone considering living in one of their properties. Since the day I moved in, I have repeatedly requested for the balcony locks to be fixed for security reasons—and for almost a year now, they’ve done nothing. Despite countless follow-ups, this basic safety issue has been completely ignored. Their maintenance service is practically non-existent. You can call, email, or raise tickets, but don’t expect any response—let alone action. They seem to disappear once the lease is signed, leaving tenants to deal with everything on their own. It’s not just frustrating—it’s dangerous and irresponsible. Their lack of accountability and total disregard for tenant well-being is unacceptable. The best solution is to file a formal complaint with the Dubai Land Department, because clearly, that’s the only way to hold them responsible. Tenants deserve better than this.

The worst agency ever. Please stay away from this agency as they will charge you for everything but if you face any issues they will never help you. Overcharges for everything, just never deal with them. Al Mheiri building is having mould which caused a severe allergic reaction for myself and spoil few of my designer bags. When I asked for solution the send me a renewal contract for highly increased price while still having terrible mould all over the apartment. Stay away from the building and this agency unless you want to be robbed.
