We loved so much the hotel, large rooms! We came with a big family. Wanna mention especially the amazing service in the restaurant! Great thanks to Lawrence and for the delicious food. We enjoy every day coming exactly when dinner is started🤣 отличный сервис в ресторане.

We checked-in in this same hotel multiple times, but this is the first time we encountered such amazing reception and customer service from Shabbir. He was very accommodating and offered reasonable alternatives based on our needs. He just checked in and he already made our overnight stay memorable and enjoyable. A huge asset to the hotel team.

Roda Amwaj Suites is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The hotel’s location is perfect – right in one of the best areas of Dubai – with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers. The breakfast was also delicious and offered great variety. One of the exceptionally kind staff members, Mr. Van, always greeted us with a warm smile and provided everything we needed with great care, respect, and friendliness. In fact, all the staff members were welcoming and cheerful, which made our stay even more memorable. It was truly one of my best hotel experiences in Dubai, and I am very grateful to all the hardworking and kind staff at Roda Amwaj Suites

Great hotel for the price! Apartments are big and are being cleaned daily. There is 0 issues with air conditioning, air is always fresh, temperatures kept at the comfortable level. Special thanks to restraurant crew for making tastiest meals without taking a break, and keeping place well maintained. Our favorite waiter is Lawrence, always been optimistic with us and showed true professionalism!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the entrance was confusing and the reception area was disorganized and unwelcoming. The hotel itself is extremely old and completely unsuitable for families. We were given a room with an unbearable and unhealthy smell. The door was damaged, and even basic amenities like tissues were not provided. The cleanliness level was alarming — the room felt neglected and unfit for guests. We had to carry our luggage ourselves with no assistance offered, even though we had a child with us. The hotel seems to prioritize money over guest comfort and lacks the minimum hospitality standards. The only positive aspect was the receptionist, Omar, who genuinely tried to help us and was polite and professional — we truly appreciate his effort. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel, and I hope the concerned authorities take action regarding these serious issues.
