They extort companies by trying to charge them 5x the regular price of an EDs for shipments that are arranged by the consignee because they know the exporter cannot change the logistics company dt . The standard market rate is 150 and they charge 700 for something that costs them 75
If there was a zero star I would rate it. Up until now my package is not yet delivered.pls note this is after I insisted how important the package was as it contained my child’s school items needed for school opening. Dubai branch is full of liars who keep on lying the flight is delayed and they have the worst service. For your own sanity try another company.
