Extremely Disappointing and Possibly Misleading Services I had a highly unpleasant experience at this spa. The facility was unhygienic, the staff were completely untrained, and the services offered were nothing like what was promised. I paid for a Moroccan bath, but there was no steam, no scrub, and no knowledge of what an actual Moroccan treatment should involve. It felt like a scam. The staff seemed uninterested and even rude when questioned. One male staff member at the front desk was particularly unprofessional and seemed more focused on upselling shady services than providing proper wellness treatments. No effort was made to apologize or refund for the fake Moroccan bath service. It raises serious concerns about what kind of operation this place is running, especially given how uncomfortable and pressured the environment felt. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. It’s not just a waste of money — it’s potentially unsafe and misleading to unsuspecting visitors

Just Waste of time and money .. First of all they are just looting you... Masseuse are not professional...they don't know how to massage properly....but just pressing our back ...then they ask for money 250 aed for happy ending....just rip-off.....The beds towel all are unhygienic.....The other names are Summer Spa ..Nancy Spa....all are same fraud teams Please beware of these fraudulent team..
