A special thanks to Bejay, who was incredibly friendly and professional. His welcoming attitude and great service made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a movie in a beautiful setting with top-notch service!

Had a great time at Roxy Cinema in Box Park Dubai! The whole place has a really cool vibe, cozy and classic. They have nice interior and a very comfy waiting area to eat or even catch up with friends while waiting for the movie. One thing that really stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff were—big shoutout to Ms. Raiza and Nielle! They were both so attentive and welcoming, really made the experience even better. The facilities are great too. The leather seats in the screening rooms were super comfy with stool to stretch the feet plus the blanket. 😍 The washrooms were clean, which is always a plus - definitely makes watching a movie feel a bit more special. If you’re looking for a chill movie night with great service and a comfy setting, this spot’s worth checking out. Will definitely be coming back!

I arrived at the cinema to buy tickets at 12.45pm, as their timing on google says open from 12.30pm. The door was locked and I called security. He said to come back at 1.30pm. I found it odd that a cinema that charges so much won’t have staff available. I drove back to buy tickets for the platinum viewing last night and expressed my frustration to the staff. I had to come in person to buy using Fazaa, and they were not clear how to buy online or what steps to take. I got my discount and 2 tickets. When I saw the seats I was baffled. I was expecting recliners, especially at that price, and it was lounge chairs with ottomans. They were not comfortable at all. It was a waste of 300 AED (after discount, retail is 380 for 2), especially after making two visits to get tickets. Not recommended.

First time watching @roxy cinema box park ,and it was such a great experience the place is really classic ,staff are amazing and very accommodating specially leny and raiza , we will definitely come back

Tried for the first time, ticket was expensive but it was okay. They have free welcome drink and peanuts. You can order food and it will be delivered to you.
