The venue was spacious, cozy, and immaculately clean, providing the perfect environment for a luxury movie night. The ambience was top-tier, with relaxing lighting, plush seating, and a calm, premium atmosphere that elevated the whole experience. Special mention to the staff, who were incredibly alert, courteous, and professional. See photos… From the moment we walked in, they were attentive to our needs, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable. Their polite and welcoming approach made us feel well taken care of throughout. I’ve had a great time today at ROXY Platinum Dubai Hills. The service was good, everyone was nice, especially Christopher, who took an order and brought a welcome drink. He was very pleasant and welcoming - it made the overall experience even better. The hall and the cinema room are very clean, the screen image and the sound are amazing. Probably the best cinema in Dubai! Highly recommend!
