Went to look for some washroom fixtures for our house with my wife and was appalled as the staff at this showroom couldn’t stop staring at her and passing lewd remarks. We left the shop and I was in half my mind to call the cops but my wife told me to let it be. Horrible experience with disgusting staff. They should hire more professional well mannered staff.

Few days ago I visited them in order to get a quotation for some items for our shop i.e Majid Baizat Bldg Material Sajjah. We waited for almost one hour. They were totally neglecting us because we were not purchasers that time but we were intending to buy from them if they are supposed to give us wholesale good price. Anyhow we waited although one of them ( thin indian guy) slightly misbehaved and wasted our time. We went there from Sajjah Sharjah. At last we got our quotation after hard exchange of talking struggle and they gave us retail prices instead of wholesale. We are disappointed to extreme and we would suggest everyone not to visit them so that their big proud skulls come down to knee and next time they deal their customers on time with happy face. Purchased a water tank heater from here only to bring it home to find a large dent on its side. Understanding that it was a manufacturing defect we went back to get a replacement the same day. After much discussion and being blamed for not checking the tank before leaving the warehouse, they finally agreed to change it. We made sure to visually inspect the piece this time but the hassle it took was just not worth it. Please inspect your purchases to avoid disappointments. You can get a discount if you are willing to pay cash. If you need an ATM machine you will find one in Al Quoz Mall which is 250meters away from Royal Apex. Parking is limited in front of the outlet.
