Royal Ascot Hotel

Stayed for a week with my parents. Both are senior citizens with mobility issues. Leander at the reception was kind enough to accomodate me into a disabled room (Room 256) since i had a wheelchair. The bathrooms were equipped with handle bars while the shower had a stool. This was great for my mother who was on a wheelchair. Overall the hotel is old and you can feel it. Having said that, it was comfortable so no compliants. Shout out to Michael who kept our rooms tidy. He attended promptly to my parents requirements with a smile. His hospitality truly added to the overall experience at Royal Ascot. This is a budget hotel and is in the busy area of Bur Dubai. If you like markets and hustle around you, you'll like this place. If you are looking for an upscale neighbourhood, this is not your place to be.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Ascot in Dubai. The room service and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch, making the experience comfortable and relaxing. A special mention to Mr. Faisal, the bellboy, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout my stay. His warm attitude truly enhanced the hospitality of the hotel. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the hotel for one day and found the location perfectly suited to me.all amenities easily accessible. The front desk staff, especially Ahsan, were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Every team member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and kind. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, and my room was both clean and comfortable—making for a truly pleasant stay!

The rooms are a debatable topic, we had some bed bugs in one of the room then they changed it to a much nicer and fresher room. The staff is absolutely fantastic and I had a word with the manager and he was absolutely apologetic about the situation and gave us a very nice room. The hotel definitely has potential just needs the right renovations.

We stayed for 2 nights at Ascot Hotel and had a great experience. The staff was overall friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Ms. Nishi, who assisted us during check-in—she was super nice and always had a beautiful smile that made us feel at home. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean. A big thank you to Mr. Elton from housekeeping for doing a great job. We truly appreciated the hospitality.
