Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this suit shop. From the start, communication was unprofessional and unreliable. I was promised that my suit would be ready by an agreed-upon date — a date I made clear was important due to a major event. Despite repeated assurances, the suit was not ready on time, and every follow-up was met with excuses rather than solutions. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of owning the delay, the staff kept shifting blame and failed to provide timely updates or alternatives. I had to chase them multiple times, and still left empty-handed at the crucial moment. The service lacked urgency, respect for my time, and basic professionalism. For a business that claims to deal in tailored elegance, they certainly fall short on delivering the service and reliability that customers deserve. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone expecting commitment, precision, or clear communication. Tailoring is not just about fabric — it’s about trust, deadlines, and customer care. They failed on all three.

I had a bad experience with this tailoring shop. The service was unprofessional, and the stitching quality did not meet expectations. The final product looked rushed and poorly finished. Despite showing good fabric samples, the actual stitching and fit were far below what was promised. Not recommended based on my experience.

Very bad experience with this business. There was a serious incident last week involving one of their own team members, Mr. Hasnain. The shop owner's behavior was very aggressive and dangerous. I don’t feel this is a safe or trustworthy place. Please be careful if you plan to deal with them.

If you need any alterations done then look no further. I recently had the pleasure of using their In-home service. They came by and took the measurements as needed in order to make the necessary adjustments to my trousers. Sanjay was very accommodating. He set up the appointment for me over WhatsApp and his team came to take the measurements. They also delivered my trousers to me free of charge.
