Royal Central Hotel and Resort The Palm Dubai

One of the best hotel here in Palm Jumeirah!! All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Shout out to the guy receptionist I forgot to ask his name. He is very professional and accommodating. I booked a premium room to celebrate my special day but they automatically upgraded to sweet room for a gift. Surprised me with a cake on our table and it made my day even more special and beautiful. Kudos to all the staff and very recommended to celebrate special occasions here in Royal Central Hotel and resort the palm. ❤️

We had a great time really, the beach is relaxing, the pool was clean, the valets and guards were friendly, the facilities are great. The only downside that we had experience was the front desk service, no one offered us a drink and everyone was offered one, and when we noticed and told the front desk, that’s when they ask if we want to have a refreshment, it was too late. Anyway, in the afternoon we went to the beach around 6:00pm (we have a baby so we don’t want to go around 3-5pm since it’s too hot) the staff told us that he couldn’t give us a towel since we don’t have a towel card (we were not informed to have it on hand) anyways my husband went back to the reception and asked for the cards then came back only to have the guy tell him that he can’t give out towels anymore cause it’s out of stock. It was infuriating cause he also informed us that the beach and pool is limited only until 6:45, but what I saw at their schedules it was until 7:00pm. Anyways it was a good stay I just hope that they train their staff to be accommodating and friendly, and be updated with their timings and schedule.

Fantastic Stay! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Truly a memorable stay—I’ll definitely return!
