Royal Continental Suites

Had a great stay at Royal Continental Suites Hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were professional and very helpful throughout my visit. Location is also convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience — would definitely stay here again! All staff are friendly specially Ameer which made my stay more comfortable and memorable.

Staying here and absolutely loved it! Super clean rooms, and a top-notch location in Business Bay—just minutes’ taxi ride from Dubai Mall. The staff? Incredibly friendly and helpful (seriously, they make you feel like royalty). Especially the 2 guys in charge of my room cleaning, Lian and Fahad, they have a cool and careful style of work. My room always looks refreshed when they come by. Receptionists are friendly and helpful also, able to solve my room problems with ease. Would definitely recommend this place.

Currently staying here, and I must day that the place is amazing. Amenities are good and the staff are friendly. Housekeeping is friendly and are really meticulous with their job in cleaning the rooms. Especially with the staff Fahad and Zwe, both of them are really professional with their job. Glad that I’m staying here.💯

I probably had the worst experience ever. Whilst the rooms are lovely, clean and functional for those facing the highway aka the studios are an absolute nightmare. Just before 22:00, I asked to for another room facing the other way as I knew I would have trouble sleeping with the highway just below my window. I’m shown 2 other rooms facing the highway so not resolving the issue. I’m told if I want a room facing another direction, I need to pay extra as it’s an upgrade. An upgrade to be able to sleep ? Wow. Interestingly, someone from maintenance turns up at 22:30 and assesses that all windows sealing need replacement and proceeds. I guess I wasn’t that crazy then ? Whilst maintenance were nothing but adorable, it unfortunately didn’t quite change anything. I eventually decide to take 2 sleeping pills and noise cancelling earplugs but alas 01:30 in the morning, it’s still loud and there’s no way to sleep. I call reception again and ask them to come up so they can assess themselves. The man who I’ve been dealing with from the start eventually agrees to get me another room… facing the highway. It’s getting ridiculous at this point. I’m finally shown another room slightly less noisy and we agree that I shall be spending the night there with the option to cancel the rest of my booking. Whilst I appreciate I went from a studio to a 1 bedroom, it was 03:00 in the morning by the time I moved rooms as I obviously had to pack everything with no help whatsoever. The man said I could stay in the new room at no extra cost for tonight and if I wanted to stay until the end, it would be a 150 AED extra per night which according to him I should be feeling grateful as I got a 50% discount. My point here is to say what a disgrace that man was. Appalling behaviour. No compassion, hospitality or customer service whatsoever. He showed absolutely no sympathy and seemed more annoyed than I was funnily enough. I would however want to mention Rekha world class behaviour...

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Housekeeping Service! I recently stayed at Royal Continental Suites in Dubai, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, offering luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, and top-notch facilities. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, Fahad and Lian who went above and beyond to ensure my room was spotless and comfortable every day. They were always attentive, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Every little detail was taken care of, from fresh linens to perfectly arranged amenities. Their dedication truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend RCS to anyone visiting Dubai. The combination of luxury, hospitality, and impeccable service makes it a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!
