Royal Falcon Hotel

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I spent over 8 hours waiting for a room I had already booked in advance. The staff were completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and borderline dismissive. No one had clear answers, and every time I asked for an update, I got a different excuse or was told to "wait a bit longer." After hours of sitting in the lobby exhausted and frustrated, I still didn’t get the room I was promised. Not even an apology, let alone compensation or a real explanation. It felt like they genuinely didn’t care about their guests. The place is poorly managed, chaotic, and nothing like what they advertise online. I wouldn’t recommend Royal Falcon Hotel to anyone – not even for free. Save yourself the stress and book literally anywhere else.

Pls!!!! I would like to ask for the management of this hotel to well trained those boys receptionist except the Indian guy he's nice, but the 2 boy I don't if it's from Nepal or Myanmar but they don't know how to talk and approach/ handling guest concern!

One of the most pathetic hotel in Dubai. I request everyone not to take any room here for holiday or anything. There AC is not working at all. You have to sleep in normal air. Daily you have to complain them for AC and they will say its getting resolved but no its not. Most importantly you cannot control AC from room. You have to request the reception. Bull shit. Rooms have cocroaches inside. No food in hotel 🤣🤣 Just pathetic experience. I spend 25 days and believe me bull shit.
