I had an excellent experience with this shop and want to give a special thank you to Harshith for his outstanding customer service. I ordered four vases that were too large for my needs, and since I'm based in Abu Dhabi, I had paid a significant delivery fee. Harshith did his best to help me exchange them for smaller vases without any extra transportation charges. He arranged the exchange with another delivery in Abu Dhabi, which was incredibly convenient, and organize a refund on the price difference of the goods. I’m very grateful for his constant communication and support throughout the process. The vases are also of superb quality.
I bought a bird bath for my garden 2 years ago from Royal Garden Center, and I couldn't be happier. 2 full summers under the scorching sun and still in perfect condition. Top quality product!
