The trip was very well organised. The guide was friendly and positive. We got many good impressions.
We reserved our Abu Dhabi City Tour through Klook. Chauffeur Mauazzam picked us up on time from our location. The vehicle was in excellent condition. He was very knowledgeable and explained the history, culture, and heritage of Abu Dhabi in detail. We are fully satisfied with their service and hope to travel with klook again in the future. Highly recommended!
Loved every minute of the desert safari and would definitely do it again. The sand dune bashing was exhilarating, the camel ride was my favorite so ended up being really fun, there was live entertainment and a bbq. This will remain one of my favourite memories of Dubai and it was also one of the cheapest! Highly recommended.
We booked 2 Toyota's for the Desert Safari & one van fror the Abu Dhabi trip. All the 3 drivers were good. The Desert Safari dinner and show at the Oasis Palm camp was good but guess we were expecting a bit more as we were informed that its the latest and "best". Most disturbing from the Tourism company was a whatsapp from their agent at 9.30pm requesting us to change our Abu Dhabi trip the next morning as the van had met with an accident. We had to therefore change our schedule after a bit of to and fro..left us with a bit of bad taste..But they agreed for a compensation of 200 aed which was good.
Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in.
