Had a wonderful experience with delicious food and amicable service
Ok Extensive experience in the field in a number of hotels and catering companies inside and outside the country. Asst in all services activities Open buffet cordnater.
Everything is Great, but the manager Bellam or Belham name is very bad. He don't let eat his staff or drink water- so the staff is like a thief hiding food or if they take a spoon of food and his coming they will hide the food- and while the guest is having party he shouted to the staff who is eating. This guy is very selfish and he doesn't think about the people who work hard, he is disrespectful and a total douchebag. If the company will not check about this manager behavior it will destroy the happy work environment that should have.
We order food from Royal Grill frequently as it is close to our work place, the reason is the variety and tastiness of the food. We had our Onam Sadhya, for nearly 120-130 through their catering service for last two years. The taste was truly authentic and all loved it. Looking forward to trying out more items from the menu.
Great experience. Quality wise no compromise. Tast wise, it's amazing
