Dear RTA Team, I would like to formally raise a concern regarding my recent Golden Chance driving test. During the test, the examiner failed me for reasons which I believe were not correct: 1. At the beginning of the test, as we were leaving the test center, the examiner suddenly braked and claimed I had not checked before entering the road. I had, in fact, performed the proper checks before moving. 2. The examiner reported that I did not respect traffic signs. This is not accurate, as I carefully followed all road signs throughout the test. 3. Additionally, I was marked down because another passenger in the back seat was not wearing a seatbelt. I had already verified all passengers’ safety before starting, so this situation was beyond my control. I feel that this assessment was unfair and does not reflect my actual driving performance. I kindly request that this case be reviewed to ensure fair evaluation practices are maintained. Thank you for your attention and support. Best regards,
