Ticket purchase and ride was easy for the water taxi at the Dubai Marina. Just the name of certain stops are different than on the ticket or map. The boat goes steady therefore comfortable for everyone. Staff at both the ticket counter as inside the water taxi are friendly. Some passengers at the ticket counter did not understand how to queue… so it was a bit annoying. The lady at the counter addressed the issue well and told the pushers to wait on their turn. I would definitely use this form of transport again.
Madhu was extreme helpful for booking the tickets at the counter and took care of my parents needs as they are senior citizens. The cost of the entire tour of the Marina was just AED 25 per person which is awesome. I hands down recommend this.
Humid, 15 mins for the water taxi to arrive, but a nice scenery
The staff treated us extremely poorly and in poor taste. The driver was shouting at everyone he spoke to as if he was giving us alms for transportation. The worst transportation experience in the world that I will never repeat.
