Extremely disappointing customer service from Sag Logistics. I have been following up on my inquiry for the past 8 days, and all I get are one-word responses like 'hi,' 'yes,' and 'ok.' ON WHATS APP. It seems they are only interested in big orders and have no regard for smaller customers. If they are not willing to assist, they should at least be professional enough to communicate properly. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and responsive support. Wasted all my efforts, time and energy for waiting their response. PHONE ALSO KEPT RINGING.
