Navid has been coming around changing my water filters. I really like that he is so flexible with scheduling and is often very easy make appointment plans with. A few times I'd forgotten that my filters were due for a change. I would only be reminded because he would message me that it was already that time to change. He is quick and efficient a pleasant person as well.
