Saeedi Pro Al Quoz

I have been a customer of Saeedi Pro since few years. I previously bought tyres for my Grand Cherokee and was very satisfied with the service, which is why I recommended them to all my friends. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. When I asked for a quotation, they gave me a price without including VAT, which was their mistake. I even found another shop (Altaf from TOPFIT Tyres) offering the same price range for another very good brand, and when I asked for a discount they were open to it and willing to reduce their profit just to have me as their customer. From the first interaction, that shop was helpful and considerate. Despite that, I still chose Saeedi Pro out of trust and loyalty. However, recently I changed tyres for my other car here, they were not willing to provide a discount not even 10 dirhams, and also during the installation they scratched my rims. Really bad 👎 This incident has caused me to completely lose trust in their service and offer, and I will not be returning. BTW they scratched all the rims and I only included 2 👎

I brought my Porsche Cayenne GTS to this shop for wheel balancing through RoadForce. The staff was friendly and professional. They identified some balancing issues and resolved them promptly. The pricing was fair, and the service was excellent!

Got my wheels aligned here My 3rd party warranty provider didn't cover it under warranty and asked for AED 500 to do it . A quick 30 minutes visit to Saeedi Pro was what I did to fix the issue with their advanced computer tools for only AED 84 without any prior appointment. Professional team, quality work, affordable price I am happy with the experience and recommend them
